HP-M1 Tungsten Carbide Primary Belt Cleaner is designed for conveyor systems that require reliable primary cleaning under demanding working conditions. It is suitable for general bulk material handling applications and also performs well in wet, sticky, abrasive, high-speed, and impact-prone environments, including conditions involving coal slurry, peat, and similar difficult materials.
With wear-resistant tungsten carbide blades, independent elastic support modules, and a double-buffer compensation design, HP-M1 helps maintain stable contact between the blade and the belt surface. This supports effective carryback removal, consistent cleaning performance, and long service life while helping reduce unnecessary belt wear.
The blade material is made of high wear-resistant tungsten carbide alloy, offering excellent durability and long service life in abrasive and high-load conveyor applications.
The individual blades can be adjusted up and down to help maintain close and stable contact with the belt surface. This design improves cleaning efficiency and supports more consistent performance across the belt width.
Each blade is equipped with an independent high-elastic rubber module to provide strong local impact resistance. This structure helps the cleaner adapt to belt vibration and material impact during operation.
The support seat is designed with a double-buffer elastic compensation device, allowing the holder to rebound in time and improving the overall impact resistance of the system. This helps protect the cleaner structure in harsh conveying conditions.
The main and auxiliary support structures can be separated for easier installation. Blade tension is adjusted by changing the screw height of the support seat, allowing the cleaner to achieve a proper fit between the blade and the belt after adjustment.
